business men and women lose their fear of the camera and microphone for over 20 years,
enabling interviewees to appear clear, concise and effective.

Cordelia Ditton
Director
Cordelia trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, has an MA (Hons)
in sociology from the University of Glasgow and is a certified General Practitioner of NLP.
She has worked in theatre, television, film and radio, as a trainer for presenters and comedians
and as a lecturer / director in drama schools. She is a published playwright and has written
numerous articles for newspapers and magazines. She started voicebusiness
in 1996.

in the private and public sectors and worked extensively as a role play participant
and facilitator.

for Scotland, as well as co-running our Individual Impact courses.

Ruth has run her own marketing consultancy, Webber Associates, since 1989, working
mainly with ‘professionals’. She brings many years of communication and networking
experience to our courses.

Ruth Wishart
Associate: Oven Ready Speeches
One of Scotland's leading journalists, Ruth has held senior editorial positions at The Scotsman,
Sunday Mail and the Sunday Standard. Her broadcasting credits include Headlines, Speaking Out,
The Ruth Wishart show and Woman's Hour. Currently, she presents Values Added for BBC Scotland
and writes a weekly column for The Herald. She is an experienced speaker and speechwriter
for a wide range of professional bodies, including the Scottish Executive, the Scottish Arts
Council, the NHS and COSLA.
