		Dianne M Barry Associate: Trainer Dianne is a seasoned director of documentaries and arts programmes for film and television, who has many years experience working as a tutor / trainer in film and television techniques and theory.
		Leigh Biagi Associate: Trainer An accomplished performer in theatre, television and film, Leigh is an experienced trainer who has conducted many corporate workshops and also coaches SMG’s newsroom presenters.
		Nicholas Bone Associate: Trainer and Actingbusiness programme Nick has directed a wide variety of plays and operas - Edinburgh International Festival, Scottish Opera et al - and is also well versed in workshop leading and training.
		David Calder Associate: Trainer Known by many as the business voice of BBC Scotland, David has been helping business men and women lose their fear of the camera and microphone for over 20 years, enabling interviewees to appear clear, concise and effective.
		Cordelia Ditton Director Cordelia trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, has an MA (Hons) in sociology from the University of Glasgow and is a certified General Practitioner of NLP. She has worked in theatre, television, film and radio, as a trainer for presenters and comedians and as a lecturer / director in drama schools. She is a published playwright and has written numerous articles for newspapers and magazines. She started voicebusiness in 1996.
		Maggie MacRitchie Associate: Projects and Administration Maggie is an arts practitioner experienced in workshop teaching and arts administration. Her research skills underpin her role as developer of special projects for voicebusiness.
		Maggie Mallon Associate: Trainer Maggie works with us in our Presentation & Media Skills training. She is a journalist writing news reports and features for a wide variety of Scottish and London based newspapers and magazines.
		Audrey Marshall Administrator A graduate of Queen Margaret University College's Cultural Studies programme, Audrey provides business support and office administration services.
		Bridget McCann Associate: Trainer and Actingbusiness An experienced performer and qualified drama teacher with extensive experience, Bridget has trained presenters in the private and public sectors and worked extensively as a role play participant and facilitator.
		Mary McCusker Associate: Trainer and Actingbusiness Mary has worked as a performer all over the UK and also has extensive experience as a trainer. She is also a prime mover in the development of the Actingbusiness programme
		Linda Mundell Office Manager A Business Administration graduate, Linda will be the friendly voice you hear when contacting us by telephone. Her background in training and development fits nicely with all that voicebusiness is about.
		Carol Purcell Associate: Trainer Carol works with us in our Presentation & Media Skills training. She is a researcher and producer in BBC Radio Features with experience in both live and recorded interview situations.
		Jill Simpson Associate: Trainer Jill is a skilled trainer with significant experience of working with small and large companies in Scotland. She also runs her own company, DEVA Personal Development Associates.
		Ian Staples Associate: Trainer Ian trained and worked as a professional actor before becoming an accredited counsellor. He works as Development Manager for GP Appraisal with NHS Education for Scotland, as well as co-running our Individual Impact courses.
		Ruth Webber Associate: Trainer and Marketing Consultant Ruth has run her own marketing consultancy, Webber Associates, since 1989, working mainly with ‘professionals’. She brings many years of communication and networking experience to our courses.
		Ruth Wishart Associate: Oven Ready Speeches One of Scotland's leading journalists, Ruth has held senior editorial positions at The Scotsman, Sunday Mail and the Sunday Standard. Her broadcasting credits include Headlines, Speaking Out, The Ruth Wishart show and Woman's Hour. Currently, she presents Values Added for BBC Scotland and writes a weekly column for The Herald. She is an experienced speaker and speechwriter for a wide range of professional bodies, including the Scottish Executive, the Scottish Arts Council, the NHS and COSLA.
		Steven Wren Associate: Trainer Steven is an accomplished actor and musician who has adapted his core skills and applied them to the business world. He has developed and delivered training courses for a variety of household name organisations.
