We are experts in communication with professional backgrounds in performance, directing and coaching. We have created training that encompasses every aspect of communication from keynote speeches to effective 121 interactions; from highly specialised pitches to TED talks.
Since 1996, we have helped many people from all sectors build their confidence and skills, with training and coaching which is rigorous, fun and effective, both in person and online.

Our Principle Trainers
Leigh Biagi
An accomplished performer in theatre, television and film, Leigh is an experienced communication skills trainer who, over the past thirty years, has developed and delivered countless workshops for many organisations in public, private and Third sectors, teaching a range of invaluable skills.​ For six years Leigh was voice coach for STV newsroom journalists.
Steven Wren
Steven is an accomplished actor and musician who, for 30 years, has adapted his core skills and applied them to the business world. As well as working on many different strands for voicebusiness, he has developed and delivered training courses for a variety of household name organisations. For 9 years, he was principal lecturer in Voice on the acting courses at Edinburgh College.
